I got a little money saved up and I figure that if I buy something to upgrade my service weapon I shall be able to write it off my taxes next year. I am using a Beretta 92F with 9 x 92mm ammunition. Honestly I worry about it’s hitting power if I get into a firefight with someone who is more heavily equipped and the department talks about getting surplus M-16′s for our patrol vehicles. Right now I am investigating the best green laser sight benefits on the internet. I know a couple of guys who use laser sights and from my understanding the green laser is the best for a serving officer like myself, but I am not sure which one is the best and the best priced for a person like me. I can just put a ton of money into this and then wait until next April to get it back on my taxes. Shelly and I may well need that money before then.
I have some extra money, but some of the sights cost a lot more than I expected and I think that they are the best ones for me to buy, but I am still looking because I really like being able to pinpoint where I am aiming. Slim has let me use his before and he tells me that it is a very intimidating device. He has been in a couple of situations where he had to draw his weapon and turn on that laser sight. The person on the other end knows that he is being illuminated by that laser and he knows that you are going to hit him pretty much where the laser hits him. It makes the threat of you service weapon even more real to the person you want to influence.
